Wondering whether there’s a way to pass multiple FD thresholds for calculation of outliers to MRIQC. I find the group .tsv files incredibly helpful, but some folks in my lab may want to use more lenient or stringent thresholds for defining outliers (ex. .5 mm vs 1 mm). It would super convenient if MRIQC could output FD_perc and FD_num metrics for each threshold in one file, just as separate columns. It seems the alternative is to create a new derivatives folder with the different thresholds and run MRIQC with different thresholds to output there, but perhaps I’m missing something.
