Hello everyone,
I am currently trying to run nipype on vscode windows 10 through the neurodocker image.
Somehow I got 3 images and noly one container (attached).
I already created and build DockerFile with the code I want to run, also attached.
The code I want to run making an analysis of preproccesing and already creating final images, I only need the nipype library to work on Windows…
Now- I don’t know how to attach all those things (new to python and docker).
When I run either image I get the message:
Terminal will be reused by tasks, press any key to close it.
Any help will be great. Thank you so much.
