Running qsiprep while registering the data to a subject-specific T1w

Hello! I am working with a dataset where I want all the data for each subject to be registered to the input T1w, rather than be ACPC- or MNI-aligned by qsiprep. Is there a way to currently do that? Or would my best approach be to perform another registration to the original T1w image after the fact, and apply that throughout after qsiprep completes?

Hi @Ariel_Rokem,

As of now that is not an option, so right now your best option would be to re-register after the fact.
