I’m really new at MVPA and I need some help.
I tried to run the decoding_template but it doesn’t succeed defining right my regressor nams. The problem is that for each condition I have several betas (one beta for each trial and condition) and I want all the betas of the same condition to be one regressor. The script consider each beta as different regressor because of the num of repetitions that exist in the regressor name (for example, ‘fractal_1’, ‘fractal_2’). How can I cause the script to ignore the num of repetition in the name of the regressor and deal with it as one regressor?
