Sampling dMRI to surface dHCP

Dear dHCP community,

I’m trying to map the dMRI to the cortical surfaces following the dHCP pipelines. Similar to Dimitrova et al. So far I just founded @seanfitz gitlab, but it seems that the functions are incomplete (or I can not find the full code). Is this available? I am only interested to project to the cortical surfaces, I don’t want to use the subcortical structures. Thanks in advance.

Hi Manuel

I believe the paper you referred to uses a modified version of my surface code. I am not sure if this is available or not. I will contact the lead authors and ask them to comment here.
