How can I save a 3D mesh in an useful format for freesurfer?
I got the mesh from
https://siibra-python.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples/02_maps_and_templates/005_access_surface_maps.html
and I want to create a Freesurfer atlas. Next step is the transfer of the labels from fsaverage to the individal brain with mris_ca_label.
