I wanted to reach out regarding a question I have about the Schaefer456 parcellation scheme. This is one of the three parcellations (aside from cabp718 and gordon333) that our research group is interested in studying further. However, we are unsure how the mapping is done for this particular parcellation.
Is there a documentation or some kind of a tool that can help us find out how the various ROIs in the Schaefer456 parcellation are mapped to cortical regions and the brain networks? More specifically, is there a documentation that lists and indexes both the cortical and subcortical regions of this parcellation along with the brain networks?
