I’m hoping to use fid-a to process some Siemens 3dMRSI MEGAPRESS data, which I would then feed to Gannet to quantify.
My current plan is to process one voxel at a time, and send the resulting data matrix to Gannet for metabolite quantification.
I’m having trouble figuring out how to index only one voxel at a time, after loading the Siemens .dat file with io_loadspec_twix.
Any advice on how to parse the resulting twix_obj into single VOIs of interest would be appreciated!
Also open to any thoughts on whether there is a better analysis pipeline for me to pursue here…
