Sharing course materials with friends?

Hello all,

I was curious as to whether the course materials that are hosted on public sites such as github and youtube are something we can freely share with our friends, family, and coworkers? I have been working in industry for a long time so I am used to not necessarily being able to share this kind of thing. Are there any guidelines or rules at all?

Of course! Spread anything you find useful. Not only that, it is all CC-BY. You can pretty much do whatever you like with it. Play it on your TV, make rap music out of it, or just learn neuoscience.
