Dear community,
we are setting up an FMRI study with T1 structural and functional imaging on 3T Siemens scanners. We would like to ask you if anybody has experience with the Siemens pre-scan normalization (for T1 and bold images) and how FMRIPREP copes with it. Would you prefer normalization on or off for the FMRIPREP preprocessing?
