I’m trying to obtain QSM images from a Siemens scanner using SWI sequences with a single TE. I tried different tools and I ultimately used the tgv python package which works with the test data but not with my images.
I get an error when loading my phase Maps and I suppose the problem Is this sequence. Does anybody know if there are any preprocessing steps to do in order to be able to use raw phase and mag files (like FSL FUGUE?)
