SliceTiming missing for fmriprep

Hi All,

I am going to use fmriprep to preprocess my BIDS data from GE scanner. But in the json file, slice order is missing.
I know the slice order, so should I add this information into json (which I don’t want to do) or there is an argument that I can insert into the code?

There isn’t one (at least not yet). Why don’t you want to add this information to the JSON file(s) in the dataset? Afterall it enriches the description of the dataset and could be useful in the future.
