I am looking for tools that could visualize only spherical cortical structures I tried https://brainder.org/2012/05/08/importing-freesurfer-subcortical-structures-into-blender/ aseg2surf but it visualizes only cortical structures. Is there any tools that could do the same but only for custom (e.g. ctx-lh-parsopercularis) cortical structure
