Dear neuroimaging community,

We are happy to announce the release of SCT v5.3.0. :tada:

Outstanding changes for this minor release include:

  • Added flag -s-template-id to use another segmentation (e.g. white matter) for sct_register_to_template
  • Interactive QC assessment: Mark subjects using Pass/Fail/Artifact
  • QC reports for sct_dmri_moco and sct_fmri_moco
  • Implemented weighted median for sct_extract_metric
  • Several bugfixes for issues encountered by users on the SCT forum
