We are happy to announce the release of SCT v5.7.
The most notable changes for this minor release include:
- SCT can now do multimodal registration using deep learning methods.
- This is highlighted in a new tutorial on contrast agnostic registration.
- The dependency on Tensorflow/Keras has been replaced with the much lighter-weight onnxruntime.
- Several bugfixes.
- Better compatibility with Windows.
