I would like to run fmriprep, pause it after slice time correction, run a custom script (additional temporal interpolation step, not included in fmriprep), and resume fmriprep on the data after the custom script. Is that possible? If so, any ideas on how I would do that? I was thinking of using the --ignore flag on everything I don’t want, but I’m not sure that flag exists for all the preprocessing steps.
