I wanted to catch up on the status of BIDS derivatives for surface based morphometry (output from FreeSurfer, CIVET, etc.). Happy to bring this up in the bids-discussion Google Group or wherever most appropriate.
The structural processing derivatives BEP might be a good place to start ! There’s been quite a bit of work on it, recently, so it should be reasonably up to date.
