We would like to clarify what the nature of the neural response data is. Specifically the dat[‘sresp’]. Is this the fluorescent signal, or has it been converted into an estimate of spike rate? (If so, how?) What is the relevant scale? Has it been cleaned? (If so, how?)

I believe these are deconvolved calcium traces and not raw dF/F fluorescence signal. The deconvolution operation was performed using the suite2p algorithm https://github.com/MouseLand/suite2p
