Summary of what happened:
I used the download button from the browser (in Chrome) and it only downloads the files that are at the root of the dataset. No sub-folders are getting downloaded.
I tried this on 2 different private datasets (ds007067, ds006347). Both exhibit the same problem. One of which was working a few months ago.
