Dear all,
How are the “dvars_std”, “dvars_nstd”, and “dvars_vstd” measures that are reported in the .json files from MRIQC computed? Are these simply the average over time of the respective quantities computed for every timepoint?
Btw, for some reason, recent edits to the documentation page IQMs for functional images — mriqc 0.1 documentation ended up garbling some of the text around formulas… not sure who’d be able to fix…
