T1 brain templates for visualisation in plot_stat_map

Hey all,

Are there other templates in the MNI space, apart from MNI152TEMPLATE, that can be used for bg_img in nilearn.plotting.plot_stat_map?

Hi @Alicja.Olszewska, have you checked out this list of templates that you can load with Nilearn? Are any of these what you are looking for?

@ymzayek Thank you so much, I’ll look into these! Do you happen to know what can be used as a [resolution] parameter?

No problem! The resolution parameter should be an int and is optional. The default is 2 for 2x2x2mm. If you want better resolution you could try 1 (alternatievely, use a higher number for low resolution). Hope this helps!
