We were able to locate the high-level description—that anatomical images are rigidly registered to MNI152 template space, after which four 2D slices (two axial and two sagittal) are extracted per structural scan for rating via Swipes for Science—but we could not find the precise details of the slice selection procedure (e.g., specific slice positions, coordinates, or percentiles along the axes).
Could you please point us toward any supplementary materials, code/scripts, or additional documentation that describe how these specific slices are consistently selected? Any guidance on replicating this exact process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
