TDT: How to perform representational similarity analysis?

Hi users,
I’m using TDT to perform representational similarity analysis which exploits the correlation similarity structure of voxels and different distance metrics can be used to illustrate the representational distance of different conditions. However, due to my limited knowledge, I don’t know how I should implement my analysis through TDT. Which step should I start with? Hope to get your help, either direct answers, or indirectly useful guidance literature.

Please have a look at the templates. There should be one for RSA if I’m not mistaken, which could serve as a first step.
