Our hope is that you don’t need a manual 
For an overview over the toolbox, please have a look at the paper. For getting started, look at decoding_tutorial.m For more advanced things, use “help decoding” and for anything specific within that file (e.g. help decoding_parameter_selection). We also have a templates folder.
