The shape of AAL doesn't match the shape of CAT12 output

I have several GM data segmented by CAT12 in a shape of (113x137x113), and I want to use AAL (91x109x91) as atlas.
What is the best way to do so? And where does this 113x137x113 come from? I checked MNI152NLin6Asym, and found it has a shape of 113x136x113.

Did you simply try to reslice the atlas to the target resolution ?
