I am currently studying the time lag maps of certain voxels within the brain. I tried using regular single-pass FFT to identify peak time delays, but the results seem a bit lackluster. As such, I am considering using Rapidtide for this purpose.
However, I’m not sure how long it would take rapidtide to do an iterative process that spans several thousand voxels across different patients. Is it feasible? And if so, what would be the parameters that play a crucial role in minimizing time, besides --despecklepasses and --passes?
