Tissue type color in html output file: easy question!

Hi all,

Looking at ASL prep html output file. Could someone just clarify what color is associated with which tissue type? It’s not labelled and I can’t find documentation on this graph on aslprep page. Our hypothesis is that…

blue = GM
green = WM
yellow = CSF

Is this correct?

That’s correct. I’m not sure why ASLPrep doesn’t have a legend in those figures, but I’ll fix that ASAP.
