Tool Recommendations for Meta-Analysis in PET, DTI, and T1W Modalities

Hi Neurostars Community,

Could you please recommend any tools that can be used for meta-analysis within PET, DTI, and T1-weighted modalities?

I have used Neurosynth and NeuroQuery for fMRI. I would appreciate suggestions for tools applicable to the other modalities.

Thank you in advance!

By meta-analysis, are you referring to having results from multiple studies for each of those modalities? What type of results do you have for each study – point estimates with standard errors (or statistical values)? Are these results at the voxel level?

Hi Gang Chen,

Thank you for your reply! To clarify, I don’t currently have results from multiple studies for PET, DTI, or T1-weighted modalities. However, I previously applied meta-analysis using NeuroQuery for fMRI by downloading pre-generated meta-analytic maps based on their database of studies.

Now, I’m looking for tools or workflows that could help me conduct a similar type of meta-analysis for identifying regions consistently affected in dementia across studies for PET, DTI, and T1-weighted imaging. My goal is to pinpoint regions of interest related to dementia, potentially focusing on changes in functional, structural, or metabolic imaging
