One of my students is engaging in a foray into dynamic connectivity. It has turned more quagmire than expected.
We haven’t been able to find any well documented/user friendly dFC tools in python. Can anyone suggest anything?
I’d also be happy to see check some of the better matlab tools which we can sue as a guide for tweaking our stuff, though as a rule I’m having my trainees focus on python as a generally more useful skill set than matlab coding. I’ve been looking at the dFC implementation in GIFT, and there are some parts I find perplexing in terms of how they implemented things.
We’re using a sliding window approach for now as suited to our needs, and under the perspective of ‘walk before you run’ (into that wall that Markov hid).
