Tract Segmentation for fitting DKI-FA DTI-FA and FBA parameters

Hi!
I’m now searching for a software/package on how to obtain DKI-FA and DTI-FA together with FBA parameters on specific white matter tracts.
I came across TractSeg, which I can indeed use for FBA, but then i won’t be able to use it for DKI and DTI, resulting in an inconstancy in brain maps. One more point is that DTI + DKI are in voxel while FBA is in fixel, thus i’m not sure if converting the map in mrtrix is good enough?
Is there any suggestions how I should approach this? Thank you all!

MRTrix and DIPY should be able to get these metrics.

MRTrix is the only software that will work with fixels, at least natively. But it should work with scalar maps derived from any software, including DIPY.

I am not sure what you mean here. TractSeg is just for tract segmentation and tractography. You can sample any metric (fixel or voxel-wise) on streamlines.
