This seems fantastic, I haven’t used it yet but I am quite excited to give it a go. Out of curiosity, how long will it be until the pipeline supports BIDS format? I see in the documentation that it is a work in progress.

@JustinAndrushko We currently work on the BIDS support. A pull request is currently under review (https://github.com/scilus/tractoflow/pull/4). The next release of TractoFlow will support BIDS format as an input. The documentation of this new input type will follow after the merge.
