Hi all,
I’m part of a lab performing tractography of the ILF but I’m having trouble deciding the number of seeds to start tracking. The literature and autotrack functions on different tractography programs often show a very large ILF but some show much smaller tracts which seems to be more mirrored in cadaveric dissections.
I’d appreciate any ideas anyone has on this matter.
