Dear Chris and Michel,
we have a series of lesions from CT scans normalized via SPM Clinical, thus using the SPM MNI template.
In order to use Tractotron, is it correct to just reslice the lesions using the MNI152 template, even if they were normalized to a different MNI space?
Although the BCB tool runs well, we are not sure about the spatial information that we obtain.
