Transcoding participant ID for PNC data

Hello,

I have access to the PNC dataset through NIH dGaP platform (raw imaging and behavioral data) and through RBC datalad (preprocessed data). I noticed that the subject’s ID are not matching between the two. Is it possible to have the transcoding table between the two datasets in order to have both preprocessed PNC and the behavioral data ?

Hi Benoit,
Thanks for your interest in the PNC. The dbgap DUA explicitly prohibits trying to link to other sources (including RBC) – please do not try to link dbgap to RBC. We have released all the PNC data that is currently allowable to release via RBC; we hope to expand this in the future. We know this is a source of frustration for RBC users.
