Transform the adult atlas to dhcp 40 week template

Hi,
"I am using ‘antsRegistrationSyNQuick.sh’ to generate the registration matrix for the purpose of transforming the adult atlas (MNI152 2009) to the dhcp 40-week template in neonate space. However, the generated registration matrix is not working well, and I can’t obtain a satisfactory atlas in neonate space.
So, has anyone else encountered the same issue? Or do I need to apply additional preprocessing steps to the 40-week template before generating the registration matrix?

I think the transformation you are looking for is here, you just need to download them and apply them (or maybe concatenate few of them). I hope this helps.

I followed your suggestion, used the transformation matrix provided by dhcp group. It works!!!
