Turn off Plotting for QSIprep

Hi all,

I’m running QSIprep on ABCD data, and everything is fine apart from crashes around plotting peaks, which means that QSIprep stops and does not produce the streamline connectivity matrices I need for my analysis. I’d like to disable such plotting - is there a way to do this?

Hi Alicja,

If you’re using version 0.15.3 you can use --skip-odf-reports to disable plotting peaks/odfs in the html reports.
