I am working with the extensive longitudinal Kirby dataset containing 158 rsfMRI scans of a single subject (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/kirbyweekly). While using this amazing resource I found two duplicates: rsfMRI scans func_20100701 and func_20100709, as well as func_20120308 and func_20120315, are exactly the same. The curators of the data have been extremely kind and efficient in responding and in dealing with the issues: the first duplicate has been deleted from the available package, the next duplicate will be handled soon. Anyway people that have already downloaded the dataset should take these duplicates into account.
