Upload to OpenNeuro

Hi,

I’m trying to upload a large dataset with hundreds of GBs worth of data. Due to data size, all the data is on a server. Is there a way to upload onto OpenNeuro using something like sftp/ssh and not through an interactive drag and drop, as that is not available through command line?

Hi Chris,

Is the command line interface through DataLad? I’m not quite sure how to upload using DataLad, it seems like you need a github repo. I see that you can access openneuro datasets with datalad, how do I upload? To the same repo?
