Uploading inter-subject correlation maps into Neurovault

Hi,

I have uploaded inter-subject correlation (ISC) maps into Neurovault. However, Neurovault shows correlations in smaller and fewer regions (i.e. less colored areas) than fslview. Even the correlation maps thresholded for statistical significance show more areas in fslview than the unthresholded maps show in Neurovault. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have been wondering if I should upload T-maps instead of correlation maps. However, I don’t know how to get T-maps from ISC-toolbox.

The viewer on NeuroVault has some built in default threshold applied for visualization purposes (not inference). You can change it by clicking on the colorbar button.

The underlying data is not modified - this is just how it’s visualized.
