Usage of MNI152NLin6Asym instead of MNI152NLin2009Asym possible?

Hello!

I would like to use the MNI152NLin6Asym instead of the MNI152NLin2009Asym template for the preprocessing of my data. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Best,

assuming that you are talking about fmriprep:

see --output-spaces here Usage Notes — fmriprep version documentation

more information here: Defining standard and nonstandard spaces where data will be resampled — fmriprep version documentation

Hi, thanks for your answer. I am actually talking about qsiprep.

Hi @taylankuzu,

No, that is not possible at this time. All outputs of QSIPrep are in ACPC-aligned T1w space. The MNI152NLin2009Asym transforms are outputted because the atlases used in structural connectomes (for QSIRecon) are in that space.

You can find MNI152NLin2009cAsym to MNI152NLin6Asym transforms in templateflow, which can be combined with your current transforms to go from subject → MNI152NLin6Asym.

Best,
Steven

Hey @Steven,

thank you so much for your helpful answer!
