Hi everyone,
our lab is trying to set up a way to use easily usable configuration files to run fMRIPrep. What is the correct path for pre-generated config files?
In the docs where the .toml syntax is defined (Developers - API — fmriprep version documentation)., it is noted that .toml files are created and saved in /subject/log, but these folders are empty for me. They are however at the base of the working dir.
