Dear all,
New to fMRIprep and I am trying to use the output for 1st level analysis using FSL FEAT. The output:
*_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-preproc_bold.nii.gz
is apparently not high-pass filtered, nor smoothed or scaled.
I just wanted to know if it is fine to just (in the FEAT GUI) choose “first-level” “full analysis” then only select high-pass filter and smoothing FWHM under “prestats” and nothing else, also no registration. Stats done as usual otherwise.
An alternative would be to script the filtering, smoothing and scaling steps and go straight to 1st level statistics. Not sure what is easiest/best, but if the GUI works would be the easiest.
