I am using fMRIPrep for preprocessing fMRI data, and wish to perform downstream analysis in T1w space. Functional data is output in T1w as well as MNI152NLin2009cAsym (1.8mm) space.
I am wondering whether it is kosher to use the sub-ID_from-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_to-T1w_mode-image_xfm.h5 file output by fMRIPrep to transform my masks from MNI152NLin2009cAsym space to subject T1w space even though the masks are in 1mm.
