Using linear dynamics and Kalman filter to model brain stimulation?

If possible, how would you use linear dynamical systems and the Kalman filter to model the brain’s activity at specific points after any kind of focal stimulation? For instance, what would happen at point B when stimulation is applied at point A?

@moekay: It depends what are your hidden states. If you want to model the activity of point B, the neural activity of model A could be your measurements and stimulation is external input in the state model
