My team has developed an R package to analyze vertex-wise data from multiple preprocessing pipelines. This R package is now available on CRAN; you simply install.packages("VertexWiseR) . The accompanying paper is now published at Imaging Neuroscience. This R package contains a suite of tools to extract, manipulate, analyze, and visualize vertex-wise data, and is designed to be easy for beginners to use
