I’m trying to do a volume to surface mapping of some fmri data to a surface in fs_LR 32k space. First I resample surfaces to fs_LR 32k space and then perform the volume to surface mapping. For some reason, with multiple datasets I’ve tried, the volume to surface mapping works for the right but not the left hemisphere. This is a bash script of the commands I’m using:
Does it give you an error message or does the mapping just not look correct?
It doesn’t give an error message, but all the surface and endpoint coordinates are (0,0,0) for the left hemisphere
