Warning: Adjusting for negative MosaicRefAcqTimes (issue 271)

Continuing the discussion from "Adjusting for negative MosaicRefAcqTimes (issue 271)" warning but with normal slice times:

Hi ejcorn,

I’m currently running into the same issue. My nii.gz images look fine, nothing jumps out at me as being wrong, but I’m also getting the Warning: Adjusting for negative MosaicRefAcqTimes (issue 271) error. Were the outputs you got still correct? As you mentioned that your images also look normal.

Hi, I looked at a couple images and they were fine. i ended up upgrading to the dev branch of dcm2niix, and that no longer produced the error. I have’t compared the images generated by dev vs stable branch though.
