It would be great to have some webhooks available to follow the activities of this nice forum in our chat room (google chat, slack, etc.). I know that the team would be more reactive on some questions.
we have multiple users who does not want to have an email overload but are happy to have a specific dedicated channel.
It seems possible on Discourse (Configure webhooks that trigger on Discourse events to integrate with external services - Administrators - Discourse Meta)
Would it be possible to activate it?

@skoudoro Thanks for the suggestion. Webhooks are supported in Discourse. I will look into the configuration options on our instance and check what is required to enable the webhook functionality in a secure and sustainable way. I will get back to you once I have an update.

@skoudoro Thanks again for the suggestion. Webhooks are definitely useful, but we are not able to set them up for individual groups at the moment. We can support webhook configurations for institutions that are paid INCF members, but not for personal or group-specific requests. Thank you for understanding.
