Hi, I noticed that in some runs and only in some participants the output of the SDC for functional scans is a bit weird. Everything looks fine in terms of GM/WM boundary but the EPI scans show a weird pattern, sometimes in the correct version and sometimes in the distorted version (please see attached pictures).
Is it something we should worry about / something that could have gone wrong during preprocessing with fmriprep? Many thanks for your time.

I have experienced the same issue in some of my multiband, multi-echo EPI data. Did you ever figure out why it was happening?
