I have try Frangi vesselness filter that use Hessian Matrix. The result is not that good for detecting aneurysm. Also Frangi vesselness need a lot of parameters to adjust to archive good results.
I would like to ask about the alternative methods. I found that methods such as cylinder-based blood vessels or any other methods / papers that recommend.
